ADD Relationship Coach
No matter what your path has been until now, you have the power to dramatically improve your life. If your core values, your goals and your actions are aligned, you can truly live out a most powerful life. As a coach, I can help you to overcome recurring hindrances, clarify your short-term and long-term goals and design powerful action steps to keep you moving froward. A professional coaching relationship provides the accountability you need while providing the link between motivation and continued success. You will begin to think differently and bigger and greatly simplify your life. You will begin to become highly effective as you learn to take strategic actions and make powerful choices.
My passion is relationships. Yes, AD/HD can affect every area of your life like school, work and career. But it can also deeply affect your relationships with your spouse, your children and others, creating emotional turmoil that can take a toll on all other aspects of your life. Unlke your job, friendships can last a lifetime and are worth the investment.
As a coach, I am committed to helping others succeed at building quality relationships in spite of the many challenges of AD/HD. Over the years that I have worked with people with AD/HD, I have seen failing marriages, individuals who have experienced brokenness and betrayal in relationships and hindered family dynamics and I have known many frustrated parents who feel like failures becuase their children with AD/HD do not appear to be succeeding. So often these parents wonder if their child with AD/HD will ever be able to function as responsible adults. Many of these children struggle significantly in school in spite of being very intelligent and capable. AD/HD can affect extended family relationships as well. It is these very issues for which I have a heartfelt passion, having been diagnosed with AD/HD myself and raising children with AD/HD.
To your success in building strong family relationships for a lifetime!
